Terms of Use & End User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to NewzGrade. By creating an account or using NewzGrade (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to create an account or post content. By registering, you represent and confirm that you are 17 years of age or older.

2. User-Generated Content & Zero Tolerance

NewzGrade lets you post grades, reviews, comments, replies, and submitted articles (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for your User Content.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activity, and not to impersonate others or spam the Service.

3. Moderation, Reporting & Blocking

NewzGrade filters User Content automatically and reviews all reports. You can report any grade, comment, or user, and you can block any user so you no longer see their content. We act on objectionable-content reports and eject offending users by removing the content and/or suspending the account, typically within 24 hours.

4. License

NewzGrade grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of your User Content but grant NewzGrade a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the Service.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Grades and comments reflect the opinions of members and NewzGrade’s AI, not statements of fact by NewzGrade.
